Interior Doors

Interior doors have changed. No more sticking or warping.
Most interior doors today are molded doors & most have
decorative paneling embedded in the surface. The day of the
smooth faced door seems to be over. Just as well, they were
dull & boring anyway.
You now have a choice of several doors from which to choose.
Bi-fold doors on closets, instead of the old sliding doors, let you
have easier access to the closet interior. Pocket doors are the
rage when you have a problem swinging a door. I have several
in my house & I love them. Louvered doors for ventilating a
small area like a washer, dryer room come in handy also.
The overall effect is a much better looking door that open &
close freely. Maybe you want to think about replacing some of
those old doors in the house. You can build a nice fire with the
old wooden doors & roast mickies in the flames. If you don't
know what a mickie is then you're a lot younger than I. (No, they
are not marshmellows)
In case you didn't guess by now, I am emphatically in favor of
molded doors for any remodel undertaking.
