Remodeling Your Home
How to remodel at Lower Cost
"This is not a small or simple item you are
buying. You can't take the remodel back to the contractor & ask for a
refund!"
Homeowners pay too much
to remodel their home
It was difficult to see homeowners fumbling around as they
were about to invest a large amount of hard earned money. Owning a remodeling
company for 25 years had me construct every type of remodel you can imagine.
I watched homeowners stumble around in an area they new almost nothing
about. Homeowners understand a lot about buying food, clothing, furniture, cars &
a bunch of other consumer items but they know very little about
buying remodeling.
Homeowners Remodeling their home are at a big
disadvantage.
Jewelry stores, art dealers, fur stores to name a few have built
up a good deal of trust with consumers. Most of the time you can trust a
jewelers stone recommendation & you can also believe a furrier when he tells you that
the fur piece is worth the asking price. You can see it, touch it & try it
on. You are confident buying & reasonably sure the price is fair.
Home remodeling does not come in a package
all bundled up & ready to enjoy. You cannot yet see it, touch it
or use it until built. Each remodel is total sum of the number of choices
that make up the final look & feel of the remodel. Trying to get the most for
your money is a very difficult thing to do but I am going to help you make it a lot
easier.
Why I wrote
the
home remodeling books
These books are for homeowners so they can get a lower
cost from the contractor, have a better looking
remodel. When finished the new remodel will have added more
value to your home. They have information that will help the homeowner. There
are several remodel books to select :
Look over the shoulder of a retired contractor
& watch contractors charge out your addition without you knowing what's
going
on.
5 reasons why you can trust what I say about remodeling your
home
1. I am a former home remodeling contractor. After 25 years
I sold, supervised & office managed over 1000 home remodels.
2. I have personaly estimated over 5000 home remodels. That
means I have met with over 10,000 individuals to discuss their home remodeling
plans.
3. I have managed every type of home remodel you can think
of.....and I have never built the same remodel twice. That's because each homeowner makes
their own individual decisions and the sum of those
decisions are never identical to any other remodel.
4. I have plenty of experience to know what I am talking about.
Homeowners insist on buying one of the biggest purchase of their lives without researching
what they are buying.....or not buying. They try to understand but they do not know how to ask
the right questions. They make poor decisions in segments of the addition or
maybe choose a poor contractor. They spend more than they should for
what they get. Often they are unhappy with the final result after handing
over large amounts of money.
5. Finally, I have no reason to tell you the truth about how to
remodel. I am no longer trying to sell you a remodeling. I am now retired
& building home remodeling has ended. The only purpose I have
is to guide you through the puzzle of critical choices that must be made &
to have you spend less money & have fewer problems when building your remodel.
Here is a quick list of some of the benefits you will
find inside the books:
After
reading any one of these books you will learn how to add more value to a
home & save at least a few thousand dollars

Bill,
I have to thank you once again for
your help. (We were going to go hire an architect before we read your
material so you have already saved us hundreds of
dollars.) We're planning on calling some contractors
next week but if I have anything else I may shoot you
another e-mail. If you have any other ideas, please
feel free to send them as well.
Sincerely,
Ryan L.

If I were remodeling my home, this is the way I would
plan & design my home addition. If I were you, this is the method I would use to hire a
contractor to build my addition. After watching people fumble their way through the remodeling
process for 25 years I can tell you this. You can do much better. If you follow my advice, you
will.
